Drop-down lists make entry fast and easy, even for large quantities of data. These lists grow as the beader enters more data, so they are completely customized for each user, in their own language.
Artists specify their own categories of items, size, units of measure, materials and other entry data, making setup minimal. In fact, for artists with large existing inventories who might be intimidated by having to enter masses of data, BeadEnCounter is designed to work with new purchases only, or by entering inventory as needed for new finished works, bit by bit. The artist can choose to enter an entire inventory, but that’s not required to use the program.
BeadEnCounter is adaptable to any craft, and items from several different crafts can be entered together. Flexible and user-determined categories keep everything organized.

Artists can import unlimited photos of finished works, and post directly by email to their Facebook and Blogger accounts. Buyer information is entered and used to generate invoices with the user's own logo and business information. Sales lists and a catalog printout make taking work to shows or making sales calls easy.
Flexible tax rates, tax on materials or labor, and currency symbols personalized to the user make BeadEnCounter useful world-wide. We’ve designed the interface so that users with small monitors or laptops using a resolution of 1024 x 768 or above, will not have to scroll to see the entire screen.

An Invoice is created by adding components, then finalized on the invoice tab, one click away. Calculations for tax rates on components, labor and shipping are located here. If the artist chooses to charge more than the calculated cost, every figure is editable. The buyer info appears on the invoice, as does the information on materials and techniques, and the first two pictures.

BeadEnCounter promotes organization with minimal work. Each inventory item is labeled with a permanent ID, and the program keeps details of cost per item or per gram, source, size, material and date purchased, plus much more. Nothing other than the ID is kept with the item. No more bits of paper in the stash! Components of finished work are entered with a simple click from a list of entered inventory, and the cost is automatically calculated.
